Tokyo Oji Foreign Language Institute owns student dormitory in the same building as the school and private dormitory contracted by the school. Because these dormitories are owned or contracted by the school, so the cost is low and the procedure is simple.

Note	1.Water, gas, electricity, internet fees are included in dormitory fees. Bedding fee and pick-up fee from the airport are included in the move-in fee. 2.When you move out from the dormitory, if there is no damage to the facilities in the room, we will return your insurance fee after you finish your address-changing procedure. 3.Since this is a half-year contract, if you move out from the dormitory in the middle of the contract period, we will not return the remaining dorm fees. 4. The number of students entering the dormitory is limited. So we cannot assure that every students can live in the dormitory.
